General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) define the rights and obligations between Emilie Sandré, a French independent business (SIRET: 992 483 180 , address: 9 Rue Voltaire 92300 Levallois-Perret France, and the customer. They apply to all sales of physical products made via the website emiliesandredesign.com.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen carrier and the weight/volume of the package. Prices may be changed at any time, but products are billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Order

The order is considered final after validation by the customer and receipt of payment. An order confirmation is sent by email. The customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the site. Payment is required at the time of order.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the chosen carrier. In case of delay, the customer will be informed. The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the customer from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.216-1 to L.216-3 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty for hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). In case of non-conformity, the customer may request the replacement or refund of the product.

8. Liability

The liability of Emilie Sandré cannot be engaged in case of indirect damage, data loss, or commercial prejudice.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with GDPR. It is used for order processing and is not transmitted to third parties without consent.

10. Disputes

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts. These GTC are governed by French law.
